State Rep. Tracy Richardson | The Ohio House of Representatives
State Representative Tracy Richardson (R-Marysville) addressed the Leadership Ohio Class of 2024 on Friday, discussing the state’s biennium operating budget and organizational funding.
Richardson was accompanied by Christina Frass, Assistant Director of the Office of Budget and Management, and state Senator Hearcel Craig of Ohio’s Biennial and Capital Budget Panel. During the panel's question-and-answer session, Richardson elaborated on the budget process, legislative steps for enactment, and funding mechanisms.
She emphasized her commitment to fiscal accountability, stating that "hard-working taxpayers deserve fiscal responsibility." Richardson also highlighted the importance of collaborative efforts and shared some achievements from her tenure on the House Finance Committee.
Leadership Ohio, established in 1992, seeks to create transformative civic leadership development experiences across the state. The class of 2024 includes leaders from various regions within Ohio.
