State Rep. Bernard Willis | The Ohio House of Representatives
State Representative Bernie Willis has been named Chair of the House Transportation Committee for Ohio's 136th General Assembly. The appointment was made by Ohio House Speaker Matt Huffman.
Willis expressed his commitment to the role, stating, “I’m honored Speaker Huffman has asked me to lead this committee. I am dedicated to ensuring not only Ohio’s roadways are well funded and taken care of, but also continuing to ensure Ohio remains in the forefront of the aviation and aerospace industry, through sound legislation.”
In addition to his new position as chair, Willis will be part of several other committees: Veterans and Military Development, Finance, and Public Safety.
