Triad High School standout Joni Russell’s collegiate team wins game in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship on Saturday, May 10

On Saturday, May 10, former Triad High School standout Joni Russell’s current collegiate team the Hillsdale Chargers won 2-0 against the Indianapolis Greyhounds in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Paradiso Athletic Fields at 1 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Indianapolis Greyhounds in the tournament.

The Hillsdale Chargers’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 10 at 3:30 p.m. at Paradiso Athletic Fields.
