First Energy is asking customers to conserve electricity as the extreme cold temperatures continue. There is potential for 30-minute rolling blackouts in our area during peak usage times. This could occur between 4 and 6:30 p.m. First Energy will only have 5 minutes notice from their supplier as to when the outages will occur.
