As the holiday season approaches, Washington Court House City Schools is approached by many different programs/organizations asking what needs our families have. They ask us to refer families to their various programs for them to help during the holidays. Some of the organizations help families with items such as winter coats/hats/gloves, shoes, pillows/blankets, beds, hygiene products, food baskets, etc. We have created a google form that will be posted to social media and our school website for you to fill out if your family would benefit from any of these items listed. By filling out this form, you would give Washington Court House City Schools permission to distribute your contact information to the different organizations to potentially receive holiday assistance from them.
By filling out this form, you are NOT guaranteed to be selected by the different programs/organizations to receive any sort of assistance and Washington Court House City Schools has no authority over who is chosen. Washington Court House City Schools Social Worker, Bailey Huff, will keep this information completely confidential and only share with the programs/organizations that would best benefit you and your family.
