Of the 1,140 people living in Lakeview in 2020, 49.2 percent (561) were women and 50.8 percent (579) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Ohio Today.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 12. In the 65 and over age range, there were 99 females and 74 males.
