Of the 300 people living in Midway in 2020, 53.3 percent (160) were women and 46.7 percent (140) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central Ohio Today.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 22. In the 65 and over age range, there were 26 females and 21 males.
