On Saturday, March 14, at 1 p.m., Indianapolis Greyhounds, led by former Circleville High School standout Cara Cooper, secured a 13-2 victory against the Upper Iowa Peacocks in NCAA Division II softball action.

Eischeid Softball Complex hosted the game, which marked the teams’ first meeting this season.

Cooper contributed one hit in two at-bats, scored once, tallied one RBI, and drew one walk.

The Greyhounds are set to face the Peacocks again at Eischeid Softball Complex on Saturday, March 14, at 3:30 p.m.
